| At 8 am today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 470 km East of General Santos City (5.7°N 126.4°E). Wind convergence affecting Visayas and Mindanao. |
These two weather systems will bring mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Visayas and Mindanao becoming cloudy with widespread rains over Eastern Visayas, and Eastern and Northern Mindanao which may trigger flashfloods and landslides.
The next advisory will be issued at 11:00 a.m. tomorrow.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast and East will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East to Northeast with slight to moderate seas.
