Bob Arum: Jones Maybe The Next One

Bob Arum of Top Rank Promotions announces that he is eying for Mike Jones as the next contender for Manny Pacquiao next year. The fighter (Jones) shows impressive fights and shows why he deserves a slot for the 8 Division World Title boxer like Manny.

Mike Jones wins his last fight against Raul Munoz via second round KO in South Philly Arena at Philadelphia. Jones collects his 25th wins and remain undefeated at this moment.

"I am waiting for the phone call from Bob Arum. If anything happens to Marquez of July 16th, I will take the fight with Pacquiao" Jones said. 

The six foot boxer is in the Top 5 list in WBO, WBC, WBA and IBF as welterweight divison. He has the record of 25-0-0 win loss record.

Pacquiao will fight Marquez on November 12 at MGM Grand Las Vegas, Venada. Marquez has one more fight this July against Likar Ramos in a 10th round bout at Mexico on July 16, 2011. 

Marquez has the record of 52 wins, 5 losses and 1 draw win-loss record. 

Jones added on the interview that he respects Manny Pacquiao who is the only 8 Division Title Holder in the World. "Let's see how he deals with my right hand. I am much more confident now."
